Storage:: Once opened, this product should keep in your pantry for two years in its original packaging. However, for maximum shelf life we advise placing it in either your freezer or refrigerator to extend its shelf life by at least a year.

Contrary to some Turbo yeasts that require special, highly purified fermentation sugars, ours will work effectively with any form of sugar. You will achieve best results using dextrose (sugar with molecular structure similar to glucose), although sucrose also works perfectly fine.
